Reports: your day, your week

How the team is doing, and what your messages achieved.

The last 24 hours

Overview, the first page you see, is the last 24 hours: messages Received and Sent, any that Failed (their credit comes back by itself), and Closing soon: customers whose reply window has under four hours left, to answer while it is still free. Below are the conversations waiting, each with the time left or Window closed.

Your week, and the Monday email

Your week, on the Overview, leads with the money customers paid you in the chat last week, then Messages in, Messages out, Time to a reply, Left waiting, New customers and Credit used, each against the week before.

Under it, This week lists up to three things to do, chosen because last week shows they would help. They come from WhatsApp's own advice for small businesses:

  • answer customers who were left waiting, at set times of the day;
  • save replies for the five questions you answer most;
  • set your opening hours and an away message.

In the three weeks before a busy day in Kenya (Valentine's Day, Easter, the public holidays, Black Friday and December), it also says what to get ready. A week where nothing needs doing shows none.

Owners and admins also get it by email on Monday mornings at 7am, in your time zone, with the same three things to do. To stop or restart it, go to Settings → You → Monday review.

Analytics

Analytics covers the last 7, 30 or 90 days:

  • Over the period and Day by day: sent, delivered, read, failed, replies in, and people who opted out.
  • How long people wait for a person: how long a first reply from your team usually takes, the time within which nine in ten are answered, and how many are still unanswered.
  • Why conversations were resolved: if your workspace keeps reasons.
  • By number and By template: which number and which template does best, with each number’s quality.
  • Why messages failed: Meta’s reasons, counted, so a problem shows up as a pattern. See a message failed.

Conversations, team, AI, campaigns and ads

Beside Messages, Analytics has a report for each part of the business, over the same 7, 30 or 90 days. Each says when its figures were read, and Download as CSV gives you exactly what the page shows, for a spreadsheet:

  • Conversations: how many are open now, and how many with nobody on them; then day by day, how many began, were resolved and came back, and how many stood open, pending and snoozed as each day ended.
  • Team (owners, admins and managers): for each person and each team, the conversations they answered, how long customers typically waited for their first reply, and how long a conversation typically took to resolve.
  • AI (owners, admins and billing): requests, what it answered alone, what it handed to your team, and what came from your credit, by assistant.
  • Campaigns: each campaign sent in those days, with who replied within three days and who clicked a link beside what Meta reports, and what it cost.
  • Ads: each click-to-WhatsApp ad, with the conversations it started, how many your team answered, and the deals won from it in your pipeline.
